Things I'm grateful for this Christmas

  1. Paper crowns and fortune fish
  2. Snowy mornings of absolute bliss
  3. Button up skirts and wooly tights
  4. Sunset skies and darkened nights
  5. Tingly fingers and frozen toes
  6. The happy days forgetting the lows.
Wishing you a happy and safe Christmas!
Lots of love,
Marti xx

  1. Beetroot, sprouts, pickled onions in jars
Miniature snickers and little mars bars
HP sauce, gravy, pile your plate up high
a new green dress, or a smart shirt and tie
Charlie's carving the turkey, he's sharpening the knife
at least we've enough hot chocolate to last us for life
Tacky decorations hang on our pink tinsel tree
The chewed cable wasn't Avril, it was naughty Ziggy
Although the season leaves me huffing and puffing
I just can't wait to eat all that stuffing!

  4. Love the post! The gingerbread house is amazing, better than when I've tried it as it just falls apart and becomes a mess of icing, sprinkles and biscuit! Have a great Christmas! Xx
