Meaningful new years resolutions

'New year, new me'
You can change your hair, you can change the way you treat people and you can even change what you eat but in the end you will always be the same person. The same person who used to have long hair but now has short. The same person who used to eat meat and dairy but is now vegan. The same person who used to treat people badly but has made a change. The start of a new year is a great time to change something you don't like but remember, you can't change a person. Instead of trying to change who you are this new year, change what you do. If you're still struggling to come up with a new years resolution that you'll stick to, give one of these a go.

  1. Stop eating meat
  2. Cut down on dairy
  3. Only buy cruelty free makeup
  4. Exercise regularly
  5. Stick to a healthy, balanced diet
  6. Eliminate negative thinking
  7. Spend more time outside
  8. Put more effort into your school work
  9. Save instead of spend
  10. Put more time into your blog
  11. Do one random act of kindness everyday
  12. Spend more time with your family
  13. Be kinder to people
  14. Spend less time on your phone 
  15. Read more
  16. Learn to love yourself
